Vicki Newman - nursery school teacher

The day starts at 6am when I collect snails in the garden for nursery.
It's 6.15am and I'm planning work for the coming day at nursery.
By 8.30am the children are ready for school after getting their early morning fix of TV.
The dog admires Precious the chipmunk, who we are looking after for friends while they are on holiday.
From 9.15am to 12.30pm it's time for activities at the nursery with the children.
I've got the afternoon off to go to Worcester to the warehouse for stocks of paint, glue etc.
By 4pm the children are home from school and there's the usual chaos in the kitchen.
Rose, our youngest daughter, admires a friend's new kittens.
These are winner's medals won today by our oldest daughter Isobel at the Worcester County Schools athletics events for the Midlands in the 200 metre sprint and the long jump.
By 7pm the table is set for dinner. This is a special one as our learning disabled son is home for this week. The champagne was a present from nursery staff to celebrate our successful Ofsted inspection.
At 8pm me and my son walk the dog by the river. It really is best viewed on a summer evening. At 8.30pm, everyone in our house is watching Euro 2000, except me.
At 9.30pm, I do some more paperwork and then some laundry at 10.30pm before the last cup of tea of the day.
