Colin Townsend, gas network operative engineer
I get up at 7am and by 8.45am arrive at Swindon, which is one of four Transco depots I am responsible for - I am also responsible for Gloucester, Cheltenham and Evesham.
I work on the computer and deal with my e-mails before calling on a plastic mains connection job at Troopers Lodge, which is on the Broadway to Stow Road.
I call in to see my mother at Wickham Court, Childswickham, before arriving at the Transco depot at Davies Road, Evesham, where I again deal with my e-mails.
When I get home at 6.30pm I have an Indian takeaway in the garden with my wife Pam and neighbour Don Powell. T
hen I pop round to see my eldest son in Windsor Road, Evesham.
My son and his partner Samantha have great news, I am going to be a grandfather, so I have a few drinks to celebrate before I go to bed.
